For example, if you bought a $1M business after 3 months of paying us a sourcing fee of $2,000/month, you would only owe us $44K at closing instead of $50K.

We pull a list of all companies to contact based on your industries and territories criteria, we assign a full-time dedicated rep on your account to make calls on your behalf, and we will have a senior rep that will take the initial calls with all leads to collect high level information and ensure that your search criteria is met. We then make a warm introduction so that you continue the conversation with the desired sellers.

It is a month to month agreement. You can try the DFY deal sourcing program for 1 month and cancel if you're not satisfied with the results. 

We consistently deliver 1-2 deal opportunities per day. Not all the opportunities will fall within your search criteria though or the sellers' expectations will sometimes be too high. 10-20% of the opportunities generated though will be good. Although we can't make any guarantees, historically we've been able deliver 1-3 great opportunities every single week for our buyers to consider. We refer to companies that meet the search criteria and sellers that have reasonable asking prices as "great opportunities".

We attempt to get the sellers under a sale-side agreement with our regular double Lehman brokerage fees and we give you 10% of the brokerage fees we collect from that deal.
